Refund Terms
- Application Period: You can apply for a refund within 30 days from the date you received the product.
- Product Condition: The product to be refunded must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. The product should include all accessories and tags.
- Refund Application: Please submit a refund application through our customer service email (fernandodehoyos@anxintree.com). Please provide the order number and reason for the refund in the email.
Refund Processing
- Review: We will review your refund application and respond to you within 3 working days.
- Refund Method: After review and confirmation, the refund will be processed through the original payment method. Please note that the refund time may vary depending on the payment method and usually takes 5-10 working days.
- Shipping Cost: Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the product is defective.

● Defective Goods: If the goods you received are defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the goods, and we will provide you with a replacement or refund service.
● Wrong Order: If the goods you received do not match the order, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the goods, and we will arrange the correct goods for you.
